Comments: 120 Day Rate Hold. Amortization periods up to 35 years. (Prepayment Privileges). Additional amounts of principal, not to exceed 20% of the original amount, may be made without penalty on any payment date during any 12 month period following the IAD or anniversary thereof. Minimum prepayment of $100. The original principal and interest payments may be increased annually by up to 25% for the year, non-cumulative. (Penalty) Early payout penalty of 3 months interest or interest rate differential which ever is greater. After the 5th anniversary the maximum penalty is 3 months interest.
